I wrote this song in 1997 believe it or not. I was living with a Swiss woman who had a young son. I was 27 and deeply in love. She told me her story....she was travelling the world with her son, looking for a new home. Her story inspired me to dream. This song came out of that experience.
The lyrics contain the words "Just him and me.....that's what she said to me" (Meaning her and her son). "Living out a dream.....remind me what life could be" This is exactly what meeting her and her son did to me - made me think about a different life.
